2018 Reading List from CO 1st Battalion The Royal Australian Regiment

By Ben McLennan February 13, 2019

Commanding Officer (CO) 1st Battalion The Royal Australian Regiment shares the reading list that he has provided to his Battalion for 2018.

He has categorised his list to target soldiers; section, platoon and company command teams; and his principle staff officers. He then provides a list of those books that he believes would be of benefit and interest to all; this includes works of fiction and books on human performance. Finally he adds a list of recommended videos and podcasts.

To help with your selection he has also provided a brief summary of what the book (or video) is about and how it helps to develop your professional mastery.

Don't forget to check the Defence Library Service for copies of the books
