
WO1 Sarah Cox is the Command Sergeant Major of the Army Recruiting and Initial Training Command. She has over 24 years of experience and is the first female Command Sergeant Major in the British Army. The British Centre for Army Leadership sat down with Sarah and discuss her perspective on leadership, the importance of education and the importance of role modelling and coaching.
