Combat Training Centre Trends Reports 2010 - 2016
By Combat Training Centre May 29, 2018
Each year, the Australian Army's Combat Training Centre (CTC) produces a trends report, identifying performance trends observed by CTC throughout the calendar year. The reports are generated from objective-based observations followed by detailed operational analysis, and are primarily written to assist commanders to improve their organisation's future performance. CTC trends reports are also an excellent resource for staff, enabling them to review trends and understand common faults or key 'sustains', which assists in preparing for collective training activities.
