DN 1-2017 is the Australian Army's doctrine on Safety Responsibilities of Umpires. It can be found at the following link.

The aim of this doctrine note is to provide a common understanding of the safety responsibilities of umpires. This is a procedural level doctrine note designed for use by exercise planners, exercise safety staff and umpires. This doctrine note describes the context for umpire safety responsibilities and the details of umpire safety responsibilities.
