These authors are members of 111th Air Defence Battery within 16 Regiment Royal Australian Artillery. They hold a vested interest in developing C-UAS capabilities and the tactical implications on the battlespace as a result of a constantly evolving UAS threat. The authors have all been involved in testing and exercising the current equipment available to Army throughout their tenure, deploying domestically to support Victorian and Australian Federal Police. The current commander of the C-UAS detachment continues to work closely with research industries to see longevity of the capability.
