The Cove’s Mess PME Grants support local professional military education (PME) activities across Officers’ and Sergeants’ Messes, Soldiers’ Clubs and unit PME activities conducted in a Mess. Grants can help fund initiatives such as guest speakers, travel and accommodation, appropriate event hospitality, professional books and resources, presentation equipment, wargaming activities and other ideas that support professional development. As a guide, Messes may receive one or two grants of around $500 per financial year, with other amounts considered based on the activity and available funding. Applications are assessed on their contribution to PME, reach, value for money and ability to support activities that may otherwise be difficult to deliver. If you have a great PME idea, we want to help make it happen. Get a quotation, tell us about your idea and submit your application below.
