In this inaugural presentation, the Chief of Army, Lieutenant General Rick Burr, provides his vision for the Army going forward. During the talk he outlines his command philosophy which is centred on the four command themes; preparedness, people, profession and potential.
The central presentation is followed by a 30 minute Q&A session where he answers a number of questions posed by members of all ranks.
