The 3rd Brigade is a combined arms brigade of the Australian Army, based in Townsville. This link takes you to the PME Directive published in 2016 by Brigadier Chris Field AM CSC, Brigade Commander at the time. A great example of a structured program at Brigade level, and how a commander can express his intent and focus for PME to every member of his Brigade.
