This is the final in the Chief of Army's planned series of four lectures, and will present the findings of the review into the state of the Army profession commissioned in 2024. 

LTGEN Stuart will be discussing what has already been done to strengthen the Army profession in relation to these findings, and describe the approach to ensuring that it is maintained in good health.

Members, commanders and teams are encouraged to include this address in individual, unit and formation PME programs.
