Introducing PME Groups: Your team's digital space to connect and learn!

The Cove is excited to announce the launch of our latest interactive feature: PME Groups! PME Groups provide a private, joinable space where teams can coordinate, share and conduct professional military education in a focused environment. Instead of posting to a public feed, members can share articles and resources, post discussion prompts, and engage in conversation within a dedicated group space tailored to their needs.

Groups are flexible and fully customisable:

• Make your Group searchable so members can request access (with moderator approval).

• Create invite-only Groups for tighter collaboration.

• Restrict membership to verified Defence personnel.

• Assign owners and moderators to manage access and engagement.

Any verified Defence member can create a Group — whether for a unit, course cohort, trade network, staff team, or informal study circle.

PME Groups are perfect for coordinating your unit, sub-unit, or team PME program, even when teammates are physically separated! 

Create Your Own PME Group Today!

To create a Group, login to your Cove profile and find the 'PME Groups button on the Features tab. Click on the red "Create Group" button on the main PME Groups page. 

Only Defence Verified accounts can create Groups. When creating your Group, ensure that the group image you choose is square, and does not depict offensive or unacceptable imagery. Once you've created your Group, you'll be able to post, comment, and share privately between you and the members you approve.
