Junior Command Handbook 2016

By Tom McDermott May 28, 2020

This great publication, produced in 2016 by the Centre for Army Lessons (CAL), gives advice to all junior commanders on professionalism, teamwork and innovation.

It then follows these up with a series of vignettes and lessons, drawn from operations and training, to help you develop yourself, your peers and your team.
