Jenni Cronshaw has served as a Baptist church community pastor and Baptcare Chaplain.

Chaplain Darren Cronshaw is a member of the Army Reserve who has served at Army School of Transport, Puckapunyal, 1st Recruit Training Battalion, Kapooka and in 2023 on SERVOP-C at Defence Force School of Signals. His civilian work is pastor of Auburn Baptist Church and teacher of leadership and research methods with Australian College of Ministries (Sydney College of Divinity).
