Lieutenant Matt Luhtasaari is the Second-in-Command of B Squadron, 12th/16th Hunter River Lancers and has 20 years’ experience in both SERCAT 5 and 7 roles. He has completed a Bachelor of Training and Development and a Master of Business Administration. In his civilian career, Matt is employed by the Australian Public Service as a Formation Security Advisor for Army.
