Matt White (Whitey) is an Air Defence Artillery Officer currently fortunate enough to be the Troop Commander of the Air Land Integration Troop of 1 Air Ground Operations Battery at Woodside Barracks, SA. Prior to his time in Army, Matt worked for the non-profit outdoor education organization Outward Bound Australia for 10 years. Here he conducted a range of adventure training and leadership development programs in remote locations across Australia in order to help people discover, develop, and achieve their potential.

Whitey is passionate about all things adventure and leadership development related, and hopes to utilise this passion to assist in the development of both soldiers and officers alike.
