Biography
Phillip Hoglin
Colonel

Colonel Phillip Hoglin graduated from the Royal Military College Duntroon in 1994, having completed a Bachelor of Science (Honours) majoring in statistics at the Australian Defence Force Academy in 1993. He earned a Master of Science in Management (Manpower Systems Analysis) from the United States Postgraduate School in 2004 and a Master of Philosophy (Statistics) from the University of New South Wales in 2012. He has held various positions in workforce analysis, policy, strategy, management, and Defence Force Recruiting. He is currently a researcher in Defence People Group.
