A detailed account of what happened during the United Nations Assistance Mission for Rwanda (UNAMIR) in 1994-95. This book looks specifically at how Australians and other nations were constrained by UN Peacekeeping Rules of Engagement. This included having to witness massacres but being limited to only assisting the wounded.
