Richard Simson is an Australian Army Officer.

Anthony Robertson has served in two Army Reserve infantry battalions since 1993 from Private soldier through to Company Sergeant Major (CSM), with operational service in the Solomon Islands, and numerous domestic security and high-risk weather deployments within Australia. He is currently CSM at A Company 11/28th Battalion, The Royal Western Australia Regiment. His civilian profession is a Mines Safety Inspector and Team Leader. His current role is Regional Inspector, leading two WorkSafe Mines Safety inspectorate teams in WA.

Hal Wilson is a member of the Military Writers Guild, and uses narrative to explore technology and future conflict. He has written finalist entries for fiction contests with the Atlantic Council’s Art of the Future Project, the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command, and has been published by the Small Wars Journal. Hal lives in the United Kingdom. 

Colonel Kidson is a SERCAT 5 Officer currently posted to Army Headquarters as Director, Scalability. In her previous appointment as Commanding Officer, 5th Engineer Regiment she deployed to the NSW fire grounds in 2019-20 as Task Force Commander. Colonel Kidson holds five degrees, including a PhD in Science from Trinity College Cambridge and a Master Economics (Honours) from the University of Sydney. A Science and Technology Executive, she is currently Group Leader, National Security at the Defence Science and Technology Group.

Madison Lang is a cadet at the Royal Military College - Duntroon.

She joined the Australian Army after completing a Bachelor of Communications and International Relations at the University of Queensland, and went on to study Indonesian and Geography at the Australian Defence Force Academy.

In her spare time, Madison enjoys draining her wallet through powerlifting, motorbike riding and buying more books than she can ever read.

She has a passion for community service and helping others.

Jake Emmerson was a secondary school History, English and Geography teacher in Sydney for three years prior to joining Army.

Lieutenant Colonel Christopher Johnson is an infantry officer and has served as a platoon commander, company commander and commanding officer in The Royal Australian Regiment. He has deployed to Timor-Leste and Afghanistan and has held a range of regimental, instructional, staff and representational appointments in the ADF and with coalition partners. 

Jason Kirkham is an Artillery Forward Observer serving in 8/12 Medium Regiment. He participated in Exercise Talisman Sabre 2019 as a Joint Fires Team commander with Battlegroup Lion.
