Claire Von Wald is a researcher who served for 27 years in the Australian Army. She is currently working towards a doctorate in Public Leadership at the University of New South Wales. 

Caleb Sinclair has had a posting to the Defence Force School of Signals as the Troop Commander of Deployable Signals Troop, the School’s field support and demonstrational troop. In 2019, his first year at the School, he held Troop Command of an IET Troop. In 2021 he will post to 1 CSR in the Northern Territory.

Major Jeremy Barraclough is an Infantry Officer with a particular interest in irregular warfare. He has deployed multiple times to Afghanistan and on domestic security operations. He has command experience at platoon and company level including coalition, joint and interagency collaboration.

Alastair is a reserve Regional Indigenous Liaison Officer for North Queensland. Based in the Whitsundays, Alastair splits his time between Proserpine Hospital’s Emergency Department and Lavarack Barracks.

Claire O'Neil is the founder of Grounded Curiosity. a PME website that encourages the sharing of thoughts and ideas on the profession of arms. She is currently serving as the Deputy Director of Joint Concepts.
