Tim Coulter is a Captain in the Royal Australian Infantry Corps. He was posted to 8th/9th Battalion Royal Australian Regiment in 2018 where he was responsible for raising the Battalion's Rehabilitation Platoon. He is currently working in Suva, Fiji embedded with the Republic of Fiji Military Forces. His previous posting was to the 1st Brigade Headquarters. He knows the medical rehabilitation system well after a shoulder reconstruction in 2015 and is passionate about supporting soldiers as they rehabilitate.

Matthew van Blerk is Officer Commanding of Corps Advanced Training Wing (CATW) at Defence Force School of Signals (DFSS).

Jack Gregg has served in the Army (Royal Australian Infantry Corps) for 46 years. He has deployed seven times on both peacekeeping and warlike service operations, and has worked at Defence Science and Technology Group since 2000. He currently manages a Pool of analysts who deploy around the globe in direct support of current ADF operations. Lieutenant Ryan Abil is posted to 2nd/14th Light Horse Regiment (Queensland Mounted Infantry) where he is employed as a Troop Leader within a Cavalry Squadron. He has a Bachelor of Science, majoring in chemistry and geography.  A highlight of his career was attending the centenary celebrations of the Battle of Beersheba.

Christopher Harder is currently a Section Commander within Bravo Company , 6th Battalion Royal Australian Regiment. He is a qualified Reconnaissance Patrol Commander and Nano Unmanned Aerial System operator.

Richard Ward is currently the Officer Commanding, B Squadron (Warhorse), 5th Aviation Regiment. His previous posting was as the Brigade Major, Headquarters 16th Aviation Brigade. He is a qualified pilot for both MRH and Tiger.

Corporal Ben Groth has been supervising injured trainees at the Trainee Rehabilitation Wing since 2016. Previously he was posted to the 1^st Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment from 2006. He became interested in dedicated injury management after his wife was injured in 2014 and attended Townsville Soldier Recovery Centre. He has found his time at TRW very rewarding, having seen many of the trainees successfully returned to their training establishments.

Major Rebecca Conway is the Officer in Charge – Training Systems and Design at the Warrant Officer and Non Commissioned Officer Academy (WONCO-A) at Canungra. WONCO-A is the centre of excellence for the All Corps Soldier Training Continuum. WONCO-A leads, trains and mentors our trainees on the skills, knowledge, attitudes and behaviours of being a leader in the ADF.
