James Cooper-Maitland has previously served as Second in Command (2IC) School of Infantry, Officer Commanding (OC) Arnhem Squadron NORFORCE and as a Company 2IC at 5th Battalion Royal Australian Regiment. He is currently posted to 11th/28th Royal Western Australian Regiment as the Operations Officer. He has a Master of Arts (Strategy and Policy).

Jo Brick is a Legal Officer, currently posted to Air Force Headquarters. She participated in Exercise Talisman Sabre as part of the planning team within the 613th Air Operations Centre, Pacific Air Forces.

Claire O'Neil is the founder of Grounded Curiosity. a PME website that encourages the sharing of thoughts and ideas on the profession of arms. She is currently serving as the Deputy Director of Joint Concepts.  

Brendan Gilbert is a Cavalry Officer. He has experience as both a mounted and dismounted combatant. He has completed a Bachelor of Science, Masters in Systems Engineering and a Masters in Capability Management and is currently posted to the VCDF Group.

Chris Elles is a member of the New Zealand Army (Reserve) who is focused on developing innovative training. He is currently serving as a Company Weapons Sergeant in 2/4 RNZIR and as a member of the Aumangea Assessment Program Training Team. He is also a small business entrepreneur and an alumnus of Stanford's Graduate School of Business.

Daniel Cowan is an intelligence analyst with experience across all services in the tactical, operational and strategic domains. He has served in a variety of intelligence postings over the last 12 years and is currently working towards a Master of Arts in intelligence analysis. 

Matthew Johnson is an officer in the Royal Australian Corps of Transport, currently serving as PMV Troop Commander, 9th Transport Squadron, 3rd Combat Service Support Battalion. He previously served as the OPSO of a Battlefield Clearance Team while OPSO of 6th Transport Squadron.
