MAJGEN Ash Collingburn, Commanding Officer of the 1st Australian Division, joins us for this episode to talk about his experiences in warfighting exercises and what this might mean for upcoming exercises. The key objectives for these exercises is to provide an opportunity to Rehearse as if it's the last opportunity to do so; build Readiness from the newest soldier through to the most seniou CO, gather Reconnaissance on environments we might expect to encounter, and build Relationships across the integrated force that we belong (the four R's) . It is also a Demonstration of the collective capability, commitment and cohesion of our force.
