The United States Marine Corps places strong emphasis on Professional Military Education at all ranks. They maintain a hub for PME that can provide a valuable resource for the Australian Army, both at unit, sub unit and individual levels.
The USMC site splits up resources by rank, starting at CPL and building up to COL. What do you think? Is this the right way to do it, and should the Cove do the same? Or should we structure it by individual / team / sub-unit / unit?
