CAPT Bianka Toto commissioned into the Australian Regular Army in February 2020 as a long term schooling student. Upon completion of a Master of Organisational Psychology at Macquarie University, she was promoted to Captain and posted to the 1st Recruit Training Battalion as a Psychology Support Officer. In 2024, CAPT Toto was posted to Headquarters Forces Command as the SO3 Human Performance Psychologist where she currently remains.
