Chris Field
Major General

Major General Chris Field, @ChrisFieldAUS, is an Army Reserve officer. He serves as: a staff officer, Headquarters Australian Defence Force; Chief Theatre Liaison Team, Headquarters Joint Operations Command; and, Colonel Commandant, Royal Australian Regiment. He has served 42 years, including with the: Australian Army in East Timor, Malaysia, and Solomon Islands; United States Army in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Kuwait; and United Nations in Israel, Lebanon, and Syria. He twice served with the Queensland Reconstruction Authority as the State Recovery Coordinator and Chief of Operations & Plans.
