BDR Ehsman is a Joint Fires Observer with 6 years in full time Army, in 2020 he took a different career path in the ADF working in AHQ to support the first training of the first automation course of blue prism. He quickly followed that project, assisting the training in person for the first data analytics course to clerks in Wodonga.

He is currently working in the AARC for the MakerSpace program, assisting multiple sites in setting up and delivering their first courses in development and prototyping.
