Major David Guthrie is an Australian Army Infantry Officer with over 31 years’ experience. A graduate of the Australian Command and Staff College, he holds a Master’s degree in Strategy and Policy. He has extensive experience in planning and strategy across a range of operational and military partner operating environments.
