Biography
Glen Billington

Glen Billington is the Commanding Officer and Chief Engineer of 19th Chief Engineer Works, responsible for domestic and international projects along with the responsibility for developing and maintaining the Australian Army’s managed works capability.

In addition to the 19th Chief Engineer Works, he has also completed postings as a Project Officer within Infrastructure Division, Divisional Officer at the Australian Defence Force Academy, Infrastructure Staff Officer at Army Headquarters and has completed a civil construction industry placement in the United Kingdom.
