Biography
Graeme Afek

Graeme Afek served for 29 years in the Israeli Defence Force (IDF), starting in the infantry, in the Golani Brigade. Later, in the reserves, he served in reconnaissance companies of armoured brigades, an infantry reconnaissance battalion, and ultimately in the divisional fires centre of the 98th Airborne Division, managing uncrewed air support.

In his civilian life in Israel, he worked in defence industry. He arrived in Australia nine years ago, and today serves as a reservist in the Royal Australian Artillery.
