Major Jacob Marshall is a Service Category (SERCAT) 5 officer, ceasing SERCAT 7 service in January 2026. His fulltime experiences include 1st Recruit Training Battalion, 1st Brigade, 3rd Brigade, Headquarters Joint Operations Command, and 2nd Commando Regiment. Since early 2025, he has worked as a civilian supporting the Combat Training Centre in delivering advanced collective training for the Army.
