SGT Jake Webber is the Direct Fire Support Weapons (DFSW) Platoon Sergeant within the 6th Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment. He is responsible for generating and sustaining platoon combat power through the training, management, and custodianship of DFSW systems and personnel. He focuses on the effective tactical employment of direct fire support in combined arms operations while driving the modernisation of platoon TTP’s and capabilities to meet current and emerging operational requirements.
