Dr Mick Reilly is the Director Learning at the CTC and a Professor of Practice at James Cook University. He has worked at CTC for over 15 years and has a deep interest in facilitating feedback to high-performing teams to improve their performance and in researching decision making in emergency/crisis scenarios. Mick has served in the military and as a military contractor for over 40 years including multiple operational tours in East Timor and the Middle East. His PhD is titled ‘Improving Performance in Teams: After Action reviews in Army Combat Training’.
