COL Scott D’Rozario is a SERCAT 5 Officer, currently Colonel Training for the 4th Brigade. He deployed on Op Kudu – UK (31 Aug 24 – 16 Mar 25) as the Deputy Commander of Op Interflex. At the time Op Interflex was a UK-led multinational mission, consisting of 15 nations operating in the UK delivering individual (Recruit, Instructor and Tactical Leader: Corporal Sergeant and Lieutenant) training for the Armed Forces Ukraine (AFU), the Ministry of Interior Ukraine, National Guard Ukraine (NGU), and the State Border Guard Service Ukraine (SBGSU). The lessons referred to above come from his role in Op Interflex and engagement with the Ukrainian team and their experience and shared observations.
