Thanks Matthew for outlining the new model and your proposed changes. I liked your comment that was a final suggestion; "those soldiers who have the availability should be given the option to complete the full-time recruit course". I concur - when Reservists are eager and have the time away from work, let's give them the extra training and the experience of training alongside ARA colleagues.
