Zac von Bertouch is a General Service Medical Officer serving in the 1st Close Health Battalion, 2nd Close Health Company.

Colonel Stuart Cree is the Director of Training Systems at HQ Forces Command. He has served as CO/CI School of Armour, Directing Staff at the Australian Command and Staff College and as SO1 Collective Training Design.

Jai Wright has served in Aviation regiments, training centres and tri-Service organisations. He has conducted exchanges to the British Army with the Army Air Corps and the Royal Marines. He has deployed to Iraq, East Timor, South Pacific and Pakistan. Currently Jai is the Aviation Operations Senior Manager at Headquarters 16th Aviation Brigade.

Warrant Officer Class Two Nick Korfias enlisted in the Australian Regular Army in January 2005, where he served in the 2^nd Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment (RAR). His 20 Year career has seen him serve in 8/9 RAR & 7 RAR, with other postings to the School of Infantry, Combat Training Centre – Jungle Training Wing, and the Royal Military College – Duntroon. He is currently posted to Headquarters 9 Brigade.

Captain Joe Read is a British Education Officer who formally worked with The Cove team while on an Exchange Programme called Exercise LONG LOOK.  In the UK he is posted to HQ Initial Training Group as SO3 Plans, Innovation & Education.  He is interested in developing innovative education and training, as well as how Grit, Growth Mindset, Philosophy and Creativity could accelerate our development.
