Peter Milani is a Senior Robotics Engineer and former Australian Army Officer.
He is currently focused on Machine Perception and Autonomy at Emesent Pty Ltd, a spin out from the CSIRO Robotics and Autonomous Systems Group. He currently is responsible for drone perception for the CSIRO/Emesent/Georgia Tech team in the DARPA SubTerranean Challenge Systems Track.
He spent 13 years in the regular Army as a RAEME and RAAC officer, spending the most time working with tracks in the 1st Brigade.
John joined the Army Reserve in 2001 and transferred to the ARA in 2003. In 2009 he commenced training to become a minister in the Uniting Church in Australia. In 2015 he was commissioned as a chaplain
John is an avid board gamer and scale model builder.
He is currently undertaking a Masters in Ministry
Major McLeod Wood is an Australian Armoured Corps Officer who is currently studying at the United States Army Command and General Staff College. He is fortunate enough to be a current Art of War Program scholar and has been selected to attend the Advanced Military Studies Program (SAMS) for academic year 2023. Major Wood has operational experience on three combat and one domestic deployment. He holds a Masters of Project Management, a Masters of Business, a Bachelor of Arts and is currently studying towards the attainment of a Masters of Military Arts and Science.
