This course provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of best practices in Performance Appraisal. It covers the performance Appraisal principles and techniques from the perspectives of both the organisation of the individual. It places the emphasis on the relationship between managers and the individual in order to meet the expectations of the organisation whilst building skills for the individual to have meaningful and realistic performance conversations.

This course will explore the principles and characteristics necessary for logistic support to enable successful Army (Land) operations. It is aimed at participants seeking to establish a baseline knowledge and understanding for the logistical support environment that underpins all training and operational activities by the Australian Army.  This course will also examine the broader military environment within Australia (Maritime and Aerospace) as well as internationally to provide context, as well as to develop an understanding of the challenges to logistical support in the global security environment that forces logistics to constantly adapt and evolve.

This unit aims to teach the fundamentals of applied critical thinking and reasoning. Students will learn how to construct, analyse, and critically evaluate arguments; how to detect common fallacies in reasoning; and how to think logically and creatively. This unit is aimed at students of all disciplines to form foundations in critical and creative thinking by developing practical techniques for the evaluation of reasoning, and applying them to arguments from business, law, science, politics, philosophy and the media.
