Warrant Officer Class One Woolfe is currently the RSM of 1 RTB, having also served as an RSM in the 3rd Brigade and a WO1 SSM in the 6th Brigade. He has posted to all three Combat Brigades and spent more than half his career delivering training, including a posting to the Tri-Service, Defence Explosive Ordnance Training School. He describes himself as a father, husband, runner and soldier.

He was privileged to serve as the Brigade Major of 7 Cbt Bde 2016-17, followed by a posting to AHQ in Force Structure - Army.
