Tim Robinson is an Infantry Officer posted to 5 RAR. He has deployed to Iraq, Timor Leste, the MEAO and on Border Protection operations.

Haydn has twelve years Army Chaplaincy experience. Haydn’s life experience and education includes having completed a trade as a fitter and machinist; a Bachelor of Theology; spiritual direction formation; and a Master of Arts. He published three books, ‘Beneath a Sea of Masks – A Book of Poetry’; ‘Keeping yourself SAFER – developing habitual resilience and wellbeing practices in the community,’ and ‘The Resilient Fighting Force – developing habitual resilience and wellbeing practices in the military.’ Haydn lives in Brisbane, with his wife and two sons.

Robert Gibson is currently a member of the Cove Team in a part time capacity. He works full time in fast moving consumer goods as a Logistics Manager. He is most passionate about human resources, organisational culture, leadership and change management theory. Jason Moriarty will start work with the Centre for Defence Leadership and Ethics team in 2023. After 28 years of service, Jason transitioned to SERCAT 5 in 2022 and now works as a Performance and Organisational Leadership Coach at Aurora Marketing.

Major Duncanson is an officer in the Royal Australian Army Ordnance Corps. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business. Major Duncanson has deployed as the Commander of the Force Support Team supporting Operation Queensland Flood Assist in Western Queensland and as the Force Support Group Liaison Officer on Operation Bushfire Assist in Melbourne. He was appointed as Officer Commanding 37th Force Supply Company in 2023.

Sergeant Gavin Wilson has been an Electronic Warfare Operator for over 35 years. He served with the British Army for 23 years, where he deployed to Northern Ireland, the Middle East and the Balkans. Since moving to Australia in 2006, he has spent most of his time at 7th Signal Regiment in Borneo Barracks, where he is currently posted. SGT Wilson deployed to Afghanistan with MRTF-2 in 2009.
