Thomas Parker is a Troop Commander in the Royal Australian Engineers, commissioned in 2023 as a Reservist. He has a background in defence consulting, skills development, and cyber security. Thomas holds an MBA (Business Leadership), a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and is completing a Certificate IV in Cyber Security. He is passionate about integrating emerging technologies into Army capability to enhance operational effectiveness and soldier survivability.

Thomas Grawich is a junior officer in the 8th/9th Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment. He attended the Australian Defence Force Academy in 2012 and graduated with a Bachelor of Business in 2014. He completed 2 years as a rifle platoon commander before posting to the mortar line officer in 2018.

Lieutenant Colonel J. David Thompson is a U.S. Army officer. He holds a Juris Doctorate from Washington and Lee University School of Law and is a Ph.D. Candidate at King’s College in London.

LT Aaron Thomas is passionate about leadership and Army. His own leadership is based off three principles (trust, communication and allowance of failure). He has been awarded Masters degrees in project management and business.
