Simon is the CEO at Hawkeye Gissing Bryant (HGB), and has previously deployed to East Timor and Afghanistan in mentoring roles as a qualified JTAC & JFO. Simon has a wealth of experience in managing, designing and implementing training solutions. Prior to joining HGB, Simon spent four years as a training coordinator at the School of Artillery, designing the delivering and amending Joint Fires training programs to the ADF. He is currently the lead training developer for Joint Terminal Attack Controller within the Jordanian Armed Forces.

WO2 Shane Robertson is an Aviation Operations Manager (AOM) for HQ 16th Aviation Brigade.

Dr David Cooksley is an experienced Royal Australian Air Force officer, also an Emergency and Retrieval Physician, Principal MCAT MO Instructor, Retrieval Physician, LifeFlight.

Dr Ben Butson CSC is an experienced Army officer who is currently the Emergency and Retrieval Physician, Clinical Lead, LifeFlight.

SGT Zachary Williams is the Plans Cell Sergeant at HQ 3 Brigade.

SGT Daniel Trew is the EME Operations Sergeant at HQ 3 Brigade.

CFN Stephen Mullens joined the ADF in 2005 and was allocated into the RAInf. He deployed to East Timor in 2010 and as a section commander to Afghanistan in 2012.  He transferred to RAEME in 2014.
