Major Mark Tutton is an Australian Infantry Officer currently posted to the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory. He commanded Delta Company (D Coy), 6^th Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (6RAR) in 2014, and was the Ready Battle Group Operations Officer in 2015.

Edward Farren is a regular Infantry officer with 8 years experience in Regimental Duty and instructional posts at Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and is a Masters graduate of King’s College London. He is an avid proponent of wargaming as an effective PME tool both inside field units and formal training establishments.

Sergeant Andrew Gorine is a Vehicle Mechanic by trade. He is currently posted to 9th Force Support Battalion as a workshop supervisor.

Captain Joseph Thomas currently works in Regimental Operations at 16th Air Land Regiment. His previous positions include three years commanding a RBS 70 Troop and two years of working with the RAAF as a Ground Liaison Officer.

Chris Walter joined Navy in 1996 and has serving on many ship types and various operational deployments. He is a qualified Maritime Geospatial Officer (Hydrographic Surveying) and Principal Warfare Officer (Surface Warfare). A Reservist since 2011, Chips has owned and operated several businesses. Chris is currently the Officer Commanding Maritime CIS Wing at the Defence Force School of Signals.

Tara Bucknall joined the Army in 1988 and is currently the Commander of the New South Wales 2nd Australian Army Cadet Brigade. She particularly enjoys the opportunity to provide a youth development program that inspires the youth of Australia to be better community members of today and the future.

About the Author: Mahala Karan is a proud member of the Australian Army Cadets and is currently the Senior Cadet at the South Queensland Cadet Brigade. Mahala is currently applying to become an Australian Army Officer. 

Chaplain Jui-Hsiang (Ricky) Su is currently posted to the 5^th Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment. Chaplain Su has been in the Army for 15 years. Previous postings include 1^st Health Support Battalion and Special Air Service Regiment as a Physiotherapy Officer then Long Term Schooling and the School of Military Engineering as a Chaplain.

Warrant Officer Class Two Joshua Tschiderer is currently a Sergeant Major and Course Manager at the Land Warfare Centre in Townsville. He was previously posted to ADF Small Arms Policy in 2014.
