Here are the winners of the 2022 Cove Competition! 1st Place goes to LCPL John Wellfare for 'Five Rules for Digger Life' and MAJ Aaron Newfield for 'Train Sets and Command – Mind the Gap'. 2nd Place goes to WO1 Damien Woolfe for 'Reflections on Key Appointments – Regimental Sergeant Major' and LTCOL Pete Allan for 'Reflections on Unit Command'. 3rd Place goes to WO1 Joshua Mattsson for 'Reflections of a First Appointment RSM' and LTCOL Chris Johnson for 'The Commanding Officer'.
