Sylvain Garagnon is an Education Officer currently posted to Education Wing NSW. Prior to joining the Army, he was an English as a Second Language instruction in the UAE, the Sulatan of Oman, South Korea and Australia. He holds a Masters of Education in TESOL from the University of Sydney.
