The Centre for Australian Army Leadership held the inaugural Army Leadership Seminar at the Australian Defence Force Academy between 31 Jul - 01 Aug 19.

Biography

The Centre for Australian Army Leadership

The Centre for Australian Army Leadership (CAAL) has been established within HQ RMC-A in direct support of the Director Army Leadership. The CAAL is responsible for the development and delivery of a best practice Australian Army Leadership Programme across the soldier and officer all-corps training continuums within Army. The CAAL will also function as a central point of contact for interested parties including: other services/groups, peer and regional armies, industry and corporate bodies, and national sporting bodies.
