Kate Philp is a retired Royal Artillery Officer who was the first female soldier in recent operations to lose a limb in combat after the vehicle she was commanding in Afghanistan ran over a 50kg Taliban IED.

In this short CoveClip taken from her inspirational CoveTalk, Kate shares her journey of overcoming adversity and building resilience as she recovered from her injuries and worked towards setting new goals and achieving new challenges.
