This year's Junior Leaders Fellowship Symposium (JLF) was held from 24-28 August 2025 at the Royal Military College, Duntroon. Hosted by RSM-A WO Kim Felmingham NSC, OAM, this symposium was held in conjunction with the Chief of Army Symposium and is considered one of the key events of the Army calendar.
