CAPT Wilkes is an Australian Army Psychology Officer. CAPT Wilkes appointed in 2019 and has posted to JHU-SNWS, 4 HB, and LTS. She is currently completing her Masters of Organisational Psychology at the University of Queensland.

The Campbell Medal is awarded to AAPSYCH officers who have displayed professional competence and made a positive contribution to Corps outcomes. In 2023, the Campbell Medal was awarded based on article submissions, with the intent to promote work being completed by AAPSYCH corps and/or demonstrate understanding/application of psychological principles and theory in a military environment. CAPT Wilkes was awarded the Campbell Medal in 2023 for this submission.
