Warrant Officer Class 2 Neil Mackay is an experienced Uncrewed Aerial Systems (UAS) Operator with approximately 15 years of service in the Australian Regular Army. Since re‑enlisting in 2014, he has specialised in the Shadow 200 and A61 Integrator TUAS, deploying on Operation Apec Assist 18, Operation Resolute, and Operation Mazurka, where he demonstrated consistent operational excellence in both domestic and multinational environments. He has held key technical and command appointments within 20th Regiment, enhancing capability and readiness. He is currently serving as the Battery Guide of 131 Battery at 20th Regiment, where he continues to lead, mentor, and develop personnel while advancing Army’s UAS capability.
