Lieutenant Colonel Wes Bartlett is Deputy Director Army Concepts and Experimentation. A graduate of ADFA with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (Hons), he has since served in a range of command, staff and capability appointments, including command of the Special Operations Logistic Squadron. He holds a Master of Systems Engineering (Electronic Warfare), a Master of Military and Defence Studies, and a Graduate Diploma of Nuclear Engineering.
