George Bailey graduated from Royal Military College Duntroon in 1992 and served for 20 years as an infantry officer before retiring in 2011. During his military career he deployed to Afghanistan in 2006 as a Liaison officer with the Special Operations Task Group. Upon retirement from the Australian Army George Bailey joined Defence as a public servant and has held positions in strategic policy and planning, management of strategic capabilities, and currently fills a role as a Director in the Guided Weapons and Explosive Ordnance Group.

Lieutenant Colonel Beau Hodge is an Infantry Officer and currently serving as the Deputy Director Regional Commitments at Military Strategic Commitments (MSC). LTCOL Hodge has served in a range of roles, including instructional appointments, as a staff officer in a Battalion and Brigade Headquarters and Joint Operations Command. His most recent role, before MSC, was the Royal Australian Infantry Corps Career Manager in the Directorate of Officer Career Management Army.

Benjamin Gray is the Commanding Officer of the School of Artillery, and has served in a range of operations and training appointments within the Australian Army, including overseas service in the Solomon Islands and Afghanistan. He has a Bachelor of Arts, a Masters of Strategy and Security and a Masters of Military and Defence Studies.

SGT Katz’s section won the DOG Cup in 2013 for the 2nd Battalion Royal Australian Regiment. As a Corporal, SGT Katz was posted to the SOI for two years in Riflemen Wing where he trained infantrymen on their initial employment courses. He was then was posted back to 2RAR as a Platoon SGT.

Lieutenant Baldwin is a Royal Australian Corps of Signals Officer, currently posted to the 1^st Combat Signals Regiment. Prior to commissioning, he was an open source intelligence (OSINT) investigator in the United States. He is passionate about personnel development and future capabilities.
