Dan Ellis is an infantry officer with experience as a Company Commander and Operations Officer in the Royal Australian Regiment. Since graduating from the Australian War College, he has served in Career Management – Army and the Land Operations Branch.

Lieutenant Gerard Donnelly is a cavalry officer posted to the School of Armour. He has previously served as a Troop Leader at the 2^ndCavalry Regiment.

James Cooper-Maitland has previously served as Second in Command (2IC) School of Infantry, Officer Commanding (OC) Arnhem Squadron NORFORCE and as a Company 2IC at 5th Battalion Royal Australian Regiment. He is currently posted to 11th/28th Royal Western Australian Regiment as the Operations Officer. He has a Master of Arts (Strategy and Policy).

Jo Brick is a Legal Officer, currently posted to Air Force Headquarters. She participated in Exercise Talisman Sabre as part of the planning team within the 613th Air Operations Centre, Pacific Air Forces.

Claire O'Neil is the founder of Grounded Curiosity. a PME website that encourages the sharing of thoughts and ideas on the profession of arms. She is currently serving as the Deputy Director of Joint Concepts.  

Brendan Gilbert is a Cavalry Officer. He has experience as both a mounted and dismounted combatant. He has completed a Bachelor of Science, Masters in Systems Engineering and a Masters in Capability Management and is currently posted to the VCDF Group.

Graeme Afek served for 29 years in the Israeli Defence Force (IDF), starting in the infantry, in the Golani Brigade. Later, in the reserves, he served in reconnaissance companies of armoured brigades, an infantry reconnaissance battalion, and ultimately in the divisional fires centre of the 98^th Airborne Division, managing uncrewed air support.

In his civilian life in Israel, he worked in defence industry. He arrived in Australia nine years ago, and today serves as a reservist in the Royal Australian Artillery.
